Shipping & Delivery
Our normal shipping processing and handling time is within 72 hours (this is when your order is processed and shipped, and does not include SHIPPING TIME and weekends). Please allow a 3-5 more business days for your order to arrive. We ship USPS first-class mail from Los Angeles, CA for most of our orders unless you chose express shipping. Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!

Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.

Returns & Replacements

Return authorization is required from iPremium Case for any returned merchandise. Click Here For Details!
We have a 7 days return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. Absolutely no returns on used items and no returns will be accepted past 7 days (Return merchandise authorization form must be received no later than the 7th days you received your order -- based on delivery date of USPS online tracking). Return freight is the customer's responsibility. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours. However, all other refunds will be issued less a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Ordering
To order a product, simply add the product to shopping cart and checkout. Complete the billing and shipping information and then make a payment. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is received.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
iPremium Case accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Coupons will be giving you as promotion. If you are experiencing difficulties with a coupon code and this is the first time you’ve used it, make sure that you enter the code exactly as it is shown. Please note that you must enter your coupon code in the field that is labeled "COUPON CODE". If you have already submitted an order, please understand that we are not able to make changes to the financial aspect of your transaction.

You can view your order by login to you account and goto the order history page.
Modifying Order Information
If you’ve placed an order online please be sure to review the order carefully. If you find any errors, please contact us immediately. Please understand that if you do not contact us right away, we will not be able to modify your order. Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to our fulfillment department as soon as they are completed online.
